Campus Partners Projects
Campus Partners' work is rooted in community-based planning which identifies strategic, transformative projects which implement key elements of the plans. These projects are designed to be of sufficient scale to change the public perception of and underlying market conditions in the neighborhoods of the University District. In brief, these projects are meant to undergird subsequent private investments in the neighborhoods which can lead to sustained positive change.

Campus Partners' signature project is South Campus Gateway, a major mixed-use development on High Street. Of equal importance in terms of residential reivtalization is the Community Properties of Ohio initiative, which has rehabilitated and preserved more than 1,000 units of subsidized housing in Columbus, including about 450 units in Weinland Park. Campus Partners also conducted the initial assessment of the Columbus Coated Fabrics property, a 20-acre "brownfield" site in Weinland Park. Campus Partners teamed with the City of Columbus and a private developer to propose the redevelopment of this property as market-rate housing.
